Maddie Dubray
Maddie DuBray is a respected leader in the business aviation industry and founder of DuBray Consulting, a firm specializing in workforce development, community engagement, fundraising and strategic event planning. She brings over a decade of experience in hospitality, event management, and nonprofit leadership to her work advancing innovation, sustainability, and accessibility in aviation. Maddie began her aviation career with the Pacific Northwest Business Aviation Association (PNBAA), where she quickly rose from Event Planning Coordinator to Managing Director. In 2022, she was recruited as Executive Director of the Northern California Business Aviation Association (NorCalBAA), and in 2024, she was elected Executive Secretary of the NBAA Local and Regional Group Committee, helping form its first all-female leadership team. A descendant of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe, Maddie was honored to be recruited in 2024 to serve on the board of the Native American Aviation Association, where she advocates for increased Indigenous representation and opportunity in aviation careers. Prior to her aviation work, Maddie spent ten years running a successful event and wedding planning business and held leadership roles in luxury catering and hospitality operations. Today, through DuBray Consulting, she partners with aviation organizations to design high-impact programs that strengthen talent pipelines, enhance member engagement, and support long-term industry growth.
